Product Introduction

• Enough central flame is supplied for  lime kiln by the large-scale central forced-air cooling combined burner nozzle.
• Surplus heat recovery and pre-heated air are adopted. .The gas consumption id greatly reduced by using waste gas from top of kiln to pre-heat gas to 150-200℃.
• The Japanese well-type lateral lime kiln burner nozzle ,replacing heat-resistant steel structure with the special type refractory material, its combustion is stable and few flash-back, also its duration is longer.
• Multifarious fuel is available ,such as blast furnace gas (calm value≥3.35MJ/m³), oxygen converter gas, coke-oven gas, mixed gas ,acetylene, anthracite coal, and nut coke.
• The running of detecting system, facility and kiln is checked and monitored by programmable logical controller ,visible system and computer system. The mechanization and automation are raised.
• Adopt dumbbell-shaped furnace type, can extend preheating and cooling time.The BDC system.It is recommended to use raw material grading technology, raw material washing technology.
• Due to the popularization of using top quality of limestone to calcine active lime and improving the performance of metallurgical lime effectively ,the lime consumption is reduced by more than 10kg/t.
• The detection precision is increased and investment is saved by using a set of test system to detect several lime kilns. Several lime can be detected by just one computer system. Not only the detect accuracy is higher, but also the investment is reduced.
