Product Introduction

MQCII intelligent hydraulic pumping unit is a kind of non-beam hydraulic oil recovery land-based facilities. This series of products use the balance of hydraulic cylinder and accumulator balance system which achieves real-time tracking and monitoring of the balance rate, so that the equipment is always running in the most energy efficient state. This product also has the anti-leakage design patent, improve the reliability of the system, drawing the indicator diagram and the prefabricated expert database through real-time monitoring of equipment load and stroke, we can analyze the indicator diagram and alarm. In addition, the product also has a high degree of automation, scientific network centralized monitoring, small size, easy to install, easy to adjust.

Equipment Principle

The operation principle of the equipment is divided into two stages: the up stroke and the down stroke. The main cylinder runs down during the down stroke stage. Gravitational potential energy of the whole oil pump system and the energy output of the hydraulic pump are stored in accumulator by the balance cylinder; In the up stroke, the energy stored in the accumulator is used to raise the hydraulic cylinder together with the hydraulic pump, the rising hydraulic cylinder drive the wheel at the top of the host. The cable guide wheel lift the rod by means of a rope hanging device to complete the operation on the stroke.
